GOD is great! Arua is a sweet and excellent (First Class) Business Hub at the Heart of West Nile (Northwestern Uganda). The name (meaning "In Prison") comes from a medium-sized ridge located at the south-end of the main street (Arua Avenue); Belgian colonialists built a prison near this rock elevation before 1914 and would bury prisoners in Barifa Forest on the eastside.
