Although bleeding, Kato wrestles a private bodyguard's firearm from his best friend but cannot shoot his betrayer in revenge because it's fingerprint locked. He ducks just in case Ofi makes another guard at the door shoot him back with a pistol as they run out but then follows his crafty OB in the Nakasero area with the gun until a stranger walking up Kyagwe Road alerts a Policeman near him that Kato, descending on the right from Lugard Road, is a criminal. The cop crosses the road and escorts a cooperative Kato back down to Buganda Road where the tall bodyguard who was at court clad in a navy blue uniform is standing around Hotel Triangle with a plaster near his mouth; he tells the cop, "He got my gun from the criminal." Kato compliments the guard, "I admire the bravery of bodyguards like you!" Then they hear the news that the Minister of Labour named Mayi has been assassinated... (121023)
